Via the proof of shipment of your returned package you can track if and when we received your return. You do not receive a confirmation email of this.
After receiving your return, it can take up to 14 business days before we process your return (this excludes weekends and public holidays). As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start the refund process and send you an e-mail to let you know. The refund of the returned items (including any shipment or transaction costs) may take up to 1-3 working days. If you opted for Klarna, you will receive an adjusted invoice of them within a few working days.
PLEASE NOTE: the return and transactions costs always remain open at Klarna, even though you have returned the entire order. De shipment costs only remain open when you returned part of your order.
If you are returning multiple items from one order or returning items from different orders in one package, it may take a little longer for all items to be processed.
