I have received a damaged item. What do I do?
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, we will naturally solve this for you as soon as possible. Send an e-mail to our customer service and mention the following in your message:
1. Your order number
2. The name of the item
3. A description of the damage
4. Photo of the damage
We will reply as quickly as possible and give you more information on how to return your item to us or on how to have the item repaired.
