There is an error in your e-mail address. Tip: Check if you have entered the correct e-mail address in your order overview. Is the address not correct? Please contact our support team
We didn't accidentally send an e-mail...
To check whether the order has been placed, you can do this by looking at the bank statement, the payment methods you used, the order number will be shown in the description. If this is the case, your order will also be in the "orders" overview within your account (from time to time this may take some time).
