When you return an item within 14 days of receipt, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method.
We do not accept returns after the 14-day return period has passed.
Hygiene and the safety of all our customers are very important to us, which is why the following items cannot be returned and refunded:
Underwear: when the hygienic liner is no longer intact or when the tags are no longer attached to it;
Swimwear: when the hygienic liner is no longer intact or when the tags are no longer attached to it;
Earrings or piercings: when the packaging or seal is opened or damaged.
This does not affect your legal rights.
PLEASE NOTE: you are responsible for any returned items until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packed and cannot be damaged along the way! Always ask for proof of shipment in case you need to contact us about this.
Right of withdrawal: you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without specifying any reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
