We try to process your return as soon as possible! The refund will be made within 2 days after we receive your returned items in our warehouse. After processing the return, you will receive the refund (including any shipping and/or transaction costs) within 1-3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when we have processed your return. However, we have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have proven that you have sent them to us.
Make sure to save the proof of shipment with the Track & Trace number on it. In this way you can check when we received your return yourself.
Once the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded as follows:
- MasterCard/Visa: the purchase amount will appear on your credit card account within three business days.
- PayPal: the purchase amount will appear on your PayPal account within three business days.
PLEASE NOTE: you can find the refund under the names "Otrium B.V. via Mollie", "Stichting Mollie Payments" or "Mollie Payments".
PLEASE NOTE (Creditcard): Creditcards companies could be slow in handling refunds. So it can take up to 14 additional calendar days before the refund is totally completed.
