Returning an item or items is quick and easy. We have outlined this for you in the step-by-step process below.
Make sure that the return item is in its original condition, including its tags and its packaging (as much as reasonably possible) before you put it in the box.
Please use the return form that came with the box. Mark all items you wish to return and include the form in the box for your return shipment.
Use the return sticker that you received with your order and stick it on the box. If you cannot find this return sticker, please contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org. The cost of return postage is 10 USD will be deducted from your return payment. More information about the return costs can be found here.
1. Drop it off at a UPS parcel shop that you can find here.
2. Keep the copy of your proof of shipment.
What happens next?
We will refund the purchase amount minus the 10 USD shipping cost as quickly as possible (including transaction fees if applicable). The refund will be made within 2 days after we receive your returned items in our warehouse. However, we have the right to withhold a refund until we have received the products or until you have proven that you have sent them. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You can view the status of your return in your personal account and track it with the Track & Trace number on your proof of shipment. It is only possible to return items using the step-by-step process above. For example, it is not possible to deliver the return package yourself.
PLEASE NOTE (Creditcard): Creditcards companies could be slow in handling refunds. So it can take up to 14 additional calendar days before the refund is totally completed.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without specifying any reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your withdrawal by way of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the European standard withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obligated to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
